Replay every meter of every session.

Skibuddy replays the session on the map, sorts your heart rate into five zones and charts your season week by week.

The session ends at the car, and the debrief starts there. Skibuddy lays the whole session out on one screen and moves you along the map as you drag a finger through the chart.

Scrub through every meter on the map

Skibuddy colors your route by the metric you pick and overlays elevation, heart rate, cadence and balance on the playback chart below the map. Drag through the chart and Skibuddy moves along the map, reading out time, distance, heart rate, stride rate, balance and elevation at each point.

Skibuddy marks your best lap in the lap table. Open any lap for its pace, speed, heart rate and balance, and for your splits at any checkpoints you placed.

See your time in every zone

Skibuddy sorts every heart-rate reading into five zones set from your maximum heart rate: Recovery below 60%, Endurance 60 to 70%, Tempo 70 to 80%, Threshold 80 to 90% and VO2 Max from 90%. You see the minutes and the share in each zone for the session, and a zone bar on every lap.

Watch the season build

Skibuddy charts weekly distance and elevation on the Progress tab, from the last month to your whole history. Your profile keeps career totals and milestones like First Tracks and the 100 km Club, and Skibuddy saves every session to Apple Health as a cross-country skiing workout that includes the route and heart rate.
